Janine came into our nursing home today to do chair based Bhangra Blaze and Paracise with the residents. She was great with the residents, very patient and encouraging to those that needed a bit of a push and got everybody smiling. The residents enjoyed the accompanying music and it was good to see such a level of engagement! We are looking forward to seeing Janine again and would highly recommend her for exercise groups in a nursing home environment 😁😁 Thanks Janine!
